Email2DB Example Uses - Email Auto Responder

Email2DB can respond to multiple incoming emails. From the data parsed and extracted from the incoming email you can update a back-end database and/or send multiple outgoing emails.

These outgoing auto response emails can be sent to any addresses - even addresses parsed from the incoming email.

Outgoing auto responses can be in text or HTML format and can contain attachments.  You can even attach PDF or HTML reports using the built-in report writer.

Email2DB Professional can even send scheduled follow up auto responses on pre-defined dates in the future! The future emails will automatically be sent by the Email2DB server.

An Example:

A software company could use Email2DB to respond to download requests from their web site.

When a product download request is received, Email2DB updates the downloads database. It then creates a custom report containing the customers evaluation license. This report is saved as a PDF file. It then sends an email auto response to the customer with the attached report, asking if their download went ok. Then 1 week later it sends a follow-up email to ask how the evaluation is going. Finally after 30 days it send another email prompting the customer to order the product.

This is all handled fully automatically by Email2DB!
